Retho-Cialis helps relax muscles and boosts blood circulation to certain body areas. It is prescribed for treating erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men.

Avoid taking Retho-Cialis if you have a Tadalafil allergy or if you are currently using nitrate medications for chest pain or heart issues, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate, or recreational drugs like amyl nitrate or nitrite. Combining Retho-Cialis with nitrate medicines may lead to a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure.

If you experience dizziness or nausea during sexual activity, or if you notice pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw, discontinue use immediately and contact your doctor. This may indicate a serious side effect of the medication.

Do not use Retho-Cialis more than once a day, allowing a full 24 hours between doses. Reach out to your doctor or seek emergency care if your erection is painful or persists for more than 4 hours, as a prolonged erection (priapism) can harm the penis.

Retho-Cialis may reduce blood flow to the optic nerve, resulting in sudden vision loss. This has been reported in a limited number of individuals taking Cialis, most of whom had pre-existing conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or certain eye disorders, along with those who smoke or are over 50. It is unclear whether Retho-Cialis directly causes vision loss.

If you have any of the following conditions, you might require a dosage adjustment of Retho-Cialis or special tests: heart disease or rhythm disorders; a recent heart attack (within 90 days); recent stroke or congestive heart failure (within 6 months); angina (chest pain); high or low blood pressure; liver or kidney disease (or if undergoing dialysis); blood cell disorders like sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia; bleeding disorders such as hemophilia; stomach ulcer; retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited eye condition); a physical deformity affecting the penis (like Peyronie's disease); or if you’ve been advised against sexual activity for health reasons.

FDA pregnancy category B. Retho-Cialis is not anticipated to harm an unborn child. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to conceive during treatment. It is unknown if Tadalafil passes into breast milk or if it could affect a nursing infant. Do not take Retho-Cialis without consulting your doctor if you are breastfeeding.

Possible side effects include headaches, hearing loss, blurred or color-tinged vision and/or light sensitivity, acid indigestion, flushing, and nasal congestion.
